Exchange/Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Exchange/Return
   If you purchased an item from outside of South Korea, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving it. The item must be unused, sealed, and in its original packaging, in the same condition as received.

2. How to Request a Return
   To initiate a return, contact us at circle@circleoflim.com with:

   • Your name
   • Order number
   • Product details
   • Reason for the return

   Once approved, we will provide instructions and the return address. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

3. Non-returnable Items
   The following items cannot be returned:

   • Requests made more than 14 days after receipt.
   • Items that have been opened or unsealed.
   • Products with visible signs of use or not in original condition.
   • Items returned without prior notice or after a return request has been denied.

4. Return Shipping Costs
   If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for international returns.

5. Exchange/Return Due to Store Responsibility
   You may request an exchange or return within:

   • 3 months of receiving the item, or
   • 30 days from discovering an issue.

   This applies if:

   • The product differs from its description or advertisement.
   • The product is defective or damaged.

   In these cases, we will cover all shipping costs for the return or exchange.

 

Refund Policy

1. Refund Process
   Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.

2. Processing Time
   Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
